These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and JobAssure (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the JobAssure website, chrome extensions, applications as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

You agree to use JobAssure solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the website. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorized access, data scraping, reverse engineering, or any activity that could harm the platform or its users.

USER CONTENT & CONDUCT

You are solely responsible for any content (such as resumes, profile information, messages, or job postings) you upload or submit. You must not post or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or infringes on any third party rights. We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on JobAssure, including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, is the property of JobAssure or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and abide by any additional terms provided at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

THIRD-PARTY & AI SERVICES

JobAssure may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Drive, payment processors) and advanced AI models. To deliver top-notch quality and intelligent features, we may share certain user data (such as resume content or job preferences) with these AI models. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of these external services or AI providers. Your use of third-party and AI-powered services is subject to their respective terms.

AI USAGE POLICY

  • Limited Access with Fair Usage: We employ advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies on the Site. While we aim to offer unlimited access to these AI features, we reserve the right to implement rate limiting, access restrictions, and/or payments to access and utilize advanced features. This measure is necessary to ensure fairness and equitable access for all users.
  • Fair Use and Rate Limiting: To maintain optimal service performance and availability, JobAssure may enforce rate limiting on certain AI-powered features. These limitations are designed to prevent abuse and overuse of the services, ensuring that all users have fair and adequate access.

  • Changes and Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify this AI Usage Policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be communicated to users through the Site, and continued use of the AI features after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
  • Unlimited: The term "Unlimited" when used in any Site material, copy, advertisements, print media, online media, alternative agreements, or otherwise, is a term loosely used to describe usage within the bounds of this AI Usage Policy, and shall not be interpreted any other way.

JobAssure is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of jobs or other content. JobAssure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or opportunities.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobAssure, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to JobAssure at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
