REFUND POLICY
General Refund Terms:All purchases made through the Site are final and non-refundable, except as specified in the terms of a specific service or product offering.
Refund for forgetting to cancel subscription: If you forget to cancel a subscription with us, please be aware that our default policy is to adhere strictly to the non-refundable policy. Requests for refunds for failure to cancel a subscription are typically not accommodated. However, we understand exceptional circumstances can occur. If you find yourself in such a situation, please contact our support team at hello@jobassure.today promptly. While we will review each case individually, please note that granting a refund is at our discretion and not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Canceling your Subscription(s): You have the flexibility to cancel your recurring subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for future subscriptions. You must cancel your subscription yourself by going to the integrated Stripe portal on your Account page, by clicking "Manage Subscription" at least 24 hours before the recurring payment is to be charged. Emailing us is not sufficient grounds for cancellation.
- No Entitlement to Refund: Cancelling your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, as outlined in our Refund Policy below.
- No Further Charges Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will not incur further charges. However, please be aware that you must request a refund separately if you seek reimbursement for a recent payment.
- Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use and/or is harmful to other users of the Site, to us, to third parties, or to the business interests of Careerflow Inc.
